Birds. Flying. Soaring. Seeking. Perching. As they take flight, they are changing their view. While on the ground, they see only the food they are seeking. Perched higher, they can survey a larger area. Water source. Food availability. Nesting sites.
What is your view today? Are you on the ground, seeing only what is right in front of you, surrounding you? When we feel we can’t escape, wherever we go, there it is. Take hold of the One who is able. God sees more than just your current situation. He is the beginning and the end. He is sovereign. Isaiah 44:6:“This is what the Lord says— Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God.” Lift up your burdens, your cares to God. He will answer you in His timing. Remain faithful, believing in His sovereignty over all. As you turn everything over to God, you are changing your vantage point. You are trusting in Him, believing His word.
